We have received the Gaceta de Gobierno de Costa Rica of the 25th of June. It contains the following document:--
REPUBLIC OF COSTA RICA.
MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS.
The most Excellent Constitutional Congress of the Republic of Costa Rica.--In pursuance of the basis agreed upon in Washington by the two Charges d'Affaires of the two great powers, Great Britain and the Northern United States upon the question of the territorial limits which exist between the state of Nicaragua and the Republic of Costa Rica, and in view of the approbation granted to it by the Supreme Executive power,
IT IS DECREED:
Sole Article.--Is approved the assent, adhesion, and subscription, that the Supreme Government of the Republic has agreed, on the 15th inst. to the basis agreed upon at Washington, on the 30th of April, by the representatives of the governments of the United States and Great Britain, for an accommodation between the Republic of Costa Rica and the State of Nicaragua, upon the pending territorial-limits between both countries.
TO THE EXECUTIVE POWER.
Given in the palace of the Supreme Powers, at San José, on the 22d day of June, 1852.
