At the annual meeting of the society of the Cincinnati of the state of Pennsylvania, July 4, 1785, the following members were elected officers for the ensuing year: Arthur St. Clair, President; Thomas M'Kean, Vice-President; Francis Johnston, Treasurer; A. G. Claypoole, Assistant-Treasurer.
And the following members with the officers, were appointed a standing committee for the ensuing year: John Dickinson, William Macpherson, Samuel Nicholas, Richard Humpton, Rev. Wm. Rogers, T. L. Moore, and Matthew M'Connel.
Resolved, That the institution of the Society, with the proceedings hitherto, and the proceedings of each annual meeting, be printed, and the standing committee direct the publication.
