Distributors Of
Beer To Convene

Buckeye State Beer Distributors will meet in Columbus early next week to attend the sixteenth annual convention of The Wholesale Beer Association of Ohio.

The association, made up of nearly 600 beer distributors representing every community in the state, has adopted for the convention theme this year "how can we best serve the retailer, the consumer, and the community in which we live and work."

In keeping with this topic the convention will feature two specific sessions, each designed to give the distributor food for thought as well as definite facts on how to improve his services.

The first session, scheduled for Tuesday morning will star an open forum discussion between the heads of six trade associations on the subject, "What we Like and Dislike about the Beer Distributor."

On the final day of the convention the members will hear a galaxy of speakers, among them a Dayton minister, state officials from Columbus, a business professor from Ohio State University, national trade association officials, and a demonstration of the much discussed "alcometer," developed by Yale University, department of applied physiology, for use in checking the percentage of alcohol in a person's blood stream.
