Coffman and others, upon a writ of supersedeas to a judgment of the Circuit Court of Greenbrier county, was argued by Mr. Lamb for the plaintiffs in error. Gov. Stanton will address the court on behalf of the defendants. The case involves the title to one of the Churches in Lewisburg, a controversy between the M. E. Church and the M. E. Church South, both claiming ownership through Boards of Trustees.
