GOVERNOR HIGGINS RETICENT
Has Little to Say Regarding Interview With the President.
Oyster Bay, N. Y., Sept. 10.—"All I can say is that I have had a very pleasant visit to President Roosevelt and that he and I are in entire accord."
This was the extent of the information which Governor Frank W. Higgins of New York wished printed regarding his conference to-day with President Roosevelt at Sagamore Hill.
President Roosevelt has indicated that he has nothing whatever to communicate regarding the conference.
