Fargo, N. D., Jan. 14.-(AP)-Henry Choudora, of Estevan, Sask., alias Henry Kraft, waived examination on a state kidnapping charge Monday and was ordered held to district court for trial.

Authorities at Milwaukee, who arrested Choudora as a suspect in a Wisconsin oil station slaying, turned him over to Fargo to face the charge of abducting Clarence Croatt, 18, filling station attendant.

Harry Lashkowitz, assistant U. S. district attorney, said he intends to place a federal kidnapping charge against Choudora. The state charge carries a sentence of 5 to 40 years.

Croatt, after being robbed Dec. 24, was carried off in a car and freed near Detroit Lakes, Minn.
