The Tornado at the West.
New York, June 10.—A dispatch from Upper Sandusky, Ohio, giving the particulars of the terrible tornado at the village of Quincy, Logan county, says two children were killed and several persons wounded, some of whom will die. Houses in the path of the tornado were levelled to the ground. The Methodist and Baptist Churches were demolished and large trees snapped off like pipe stems. The tornado advanced through the town of DeGraff, where the terrible scene was repeated, and if possible, the destruction of property was greater. In several instances children were caught up by the wind and carried some distance in the air. The devastation was terrible and the people need relief badly.
