Q: I should like some advice regarding the Scheiwe Coal and Storage Co., which offered $40,000 of seven per cent preferred stock some time ago. READER.
A: If the Scheiwe Coal & Storage Co. has a good basis for the issue of stock, but inasmuch as some changes are contemplated in the proposition, according to my information, it is impossible to give any judgment on the stock until its terms are determined upon. When the offering is definitely outlined, I shall be glad to analyze it.
