Mrs. Walter Bartlett was a Cody shopper on Wednesday and took dinner with Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Hanson.
Miss Gertrude Howe returned to her home in Cody on Wednesday after having spent a pleasant visit at the home of her sister, Mrs. Geo. Pfrangle.
Several of the pupils were absent from school last week on account of severe colds.
Irma Flat is surely the banana belt.
The snows lately have been very light and the roads are grand.
We should say they are real boulevards.
The work which was done after the rain last fall shows up now.
The dance Saturday evening was well attended considering the weather, and all those who attended had a good time.
Mrs. Eli Jernberg and Mrs. Chas. Bradbury attended the program Friday afternoon.

The topic of debate was, resolved "That Arithmetic is more useful than Reading."
