The States of Holland are to assemble in The Hague tomorrow, chiefly on grievances relating to the Treaty of Commerce with France, with a negotiation underway to redress them. Count Uhlfeldt, the Emperor's Minister, is renewing solicitations to members of the States for a guaranty of a new loan demanded by the Emperor. The French Ambassador M. de Fenelon is expected to return from Paris by the 14th instant. The Spanish Ambassador delivered Don Carlos's letter on his accession to the Crown of Naples and Sicily yesterday; difficulties in the letter's style were adjusted as much as possible for the recognition of that King.
