Hague, May 7. The States of Holland are to assemble here to-morrow, chiefly, as is said, on Occasion of the Grievances complain'd of, relating to the Treaty of Commerce with France; and a Negociation is said to be on Foot with that Court, in order to redress those Grievances. Count Uhlfeldt, the Emperor's Minister, is renewing his Solicitations with the respective Members of the States of Holland, to obtain from their Assembly the Guaranty of a new Loan, demanded by the Emperor. The French Ambassador, M. de Fenelon, is expected to return hither from Paris by the 14th Instant. The Spanish Ambassador deliver'd yesterday to the States, Don Carlos's Letter upon his Accession to the Crown of Naples and Sicily. There were some Difficulties in the Style of the Letter, which were adjusted as much as possible with that Ambassador, in order to the Recognition of that King; and a Deputation of the States was sent to him thereupon this Day.
