PHOENIX, Sept. 24-Governor T. E. Campbell left here this afternoon in company with Assistant Director John Milliken of the veterans bureau at Washington, and Major Louis T. Grant of the San Francisco office, for Tucson in the interests of establishing a vocational training center in that city. Prescott has been practically decided upon as the location for one of the training centers, Milliken declared during his visit here.
It was intimated that another center may be located in Phoenix, although no decision has yet been made.
