THE ELECTION FRAUDS CASES.

The Marion county grand jury will meet again on the 4th of next month, when the examination of witnesses in the election frauds and conspiracy will be resumed. The executive committee of the citizens' committee of one hundred have been adding to the testimony in the tally-sheet forgeries until they are now sanguine that the witnesses who have been brought and will be brought before the grand jury cannot fail to indict at least eight persons. Every day adds to the chain of testimony, and delay, instead of weakening the cause of justice, will, the committee say, but make it the stronger. In this view of the case it is about time for the conspirators to hold another conference at the real estate office and fix up a line of defense.
