FOUND DEAD AT HIS HOME

Well-Known Indianapolis Man Murdered by Unknown Foe.

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind., Jan. 20. At 11:20 o'clock last night James Nowlin, a well-known young man of the suburb West Indianapolis, was found murdered on the porch of his father's residence. There was no evidence of a struggle and it is believed that Nowlin was killed somewhere else and hastily taken to his home by the man who killed him.

It is believed probable that the murder will be traced to the long standing trouble between the whites and black mans collisions having taken place between the two races in the suburbs.
