GUARDIAN FOR GIRL
Judge Brents Names A. L. Kenworthy To Represent Grace Goodwin,

Judge Brents this week did the unusual thing of appointing a guardian for a girl over 18 years of age. Alvin L. Kenworthy was made guardian of the property of Grace, Helen, Lottie and Frances Goodwin, in order to represent them in regard to some property in the state of New York in which they have an interest.

The law of Washington says that a girl is of age when she is 18, but in New York the limit is three years higher. This made it necessary for Kenworthy to be made guardian of Miss Grace as well as her younger sisters.
