Mr. Pleasants,
It may not be amiss to mention the names of all those who have been spoken of as proper persons for Bank Directors, that the Stockholders may be better able to select such as, from their talents and pursuits, their integrity and disinterestedness, will be most likely to discharge the important duty with fidelity and ability.
