NEWBURY PORT. Jan. 30.

It is reported, that our people have re-taken the Fort Washington and Lee,
-That four Hessian Colonels had been offered in exchange for General LEE, but was not complied with, which has much disgusted the Germans -- That the Congress have sent General LEE 1000 guineas, at the same time informing Howe, that if he was not treated as a gentleman; they should retaliate upon their officers who already had, or might fall into our hands; and that a number of tories from Long-Island had deserted to our people.
