FEB. 25. Yesterday his Majesty gave the Royal assent to several bills, amongst which were the following:

The bill for making and building a convenient Exchange in the city of Glasgow, for enlarging St. Andrew's church yard, and for building a bridge over the river Clyde, &c.

The bill for making and maintaining a navigable cut or canal from Birmingham to Bilston, and for making collateral cuts and wagon ways from several coal mines, and for continuing the said canal to Ucherley, there to communicate with the canal now making between the rivers Trent and Severn.
