The Commissioners under the 4th article of the Treaty of Ghent, will resume their session This Day. In the interval since their last meeting, the agents of the respective governments have prepared their replies to the arguments delivered at the last session, and these replies will now be laid before the board. James T. Austin, Esq. is the agent on the part of the U. States.
Col. Barclay, the British commissioner, and Col. Wright, of the royal engineers, arrived at the Exchange Coffee House last evening, from New-York.—The Hon. Mr. Holmes, American Commissioner, is also in town.
