Two Seniors Honored

Two Mississippi State College seniors have been awarded James W. Garner Memorial Scholarships for 1951-1952. Each will receive $300. Charles E. Boyette of Houston and William Hal Robbins of Meridian were chosen for the annual awards on the basis of their scholarship, promise of leadership, personality, and character. The names were announced by Ben Hilbun, Chairman of the college's Scholarship Committee. Both students are first semester seniors in the School of Business. Boyette is majoring in public administration and Robbins in public affairs.
