SILAS WRIGHT'S CASE

An Augusta correspondent of the Norway Advertiser who signs himself J. J. P.", referring to the appointment of delegates at large to the "next democratic National Convention," says:-

"Among the candidates for the next Presidency, I believe nineteen-twentieths of the democracy of Maine prefer the Hon. Silas Wright, of New York. Leaving out a few politicians who may lead off in an opposite direction to advance their own selfish interests, there is but one feeling as to the man, and that man is Ex-Gov. Wright. More anon."
