LAKEHURST. N. J.. Sept.
22.--Following are outstanding among the facts developed by the investigation of the naval court of inquiry into the Shenandoah disaster:

The airship did not strike the ground before breaking up.
She was not torn to pieces by swirling storm winds.
There was no failure of duty among officers or men.
Two of the ship's motors were not working at the time of the wreck.
One engine was overheated and the other had a cracked cylinder from which water was running.
