In our last the public were presented with a general account of the proceedings in this city on the 4th. inst. the toasts, could not then be presented, but we have since been favoured with those at the Cincinnati board.

1. The United States.
2. His most Christian Majesty.
3. His Catholic Majesty.
4. United Netherlands.
5. The friendly Powers in Europe.
6. Government, and State of New-York.
7. His Excellency George Washington, President-General.
8. Our Brethren in America, and in France.
9. The Glorious and immortal Memory of all who have fallen in the defence of the liberties of America.
10. The 17th of October, 1777
11. The 19th of October 1781.
12. The fair Friends of the Cincinnati.
13. The Convention; may they have firmness to propose boldly what the People ought to adopt wisely.
