Hillsville, Va., April 6.-Reuben Edwards, another kinsman of Sidna Allen, the fugitive, was arrested today, charged with aiding the outlaws to elude capture. He was locked up here with Jordan Edwards, a second cousin, who was taken into custody on the same charge two days ago. He is 17 years old.
The detectives claim young Edwards is the man whom they have seen on a white horse dashing about mysteriously at night in the mountains. Edwards declares he has not seen his uncle since March 14th, the date the courthouse tragedy occurred.
Detective Baldwin returned here today after a 24-hour visit with a posse in the Blue Ridge, but declared no trace of the two men had been found.
