A large two story shed. under which will be a cistern, will have a force pump leading into the bath room of the second story. The second story of the shed will be open for promenading and a neat railing placed around the whole, to guard against accidents. All the windows will be double, hung on axle pulleys and patent cord, and fastened with Judd's sash fasteners. In the parlor and sitting rooms there will be panels under the windows moulded to correspond with the doors. There will be folding-doors from parlor to hall, and likewise from sitting room; all to be finished and moulded in good style The building will be another addition to the many fine structures, of which Mr Whitaker richly deserves the credit of builder and architect.
