STREET OBSTRUCTIONS. - W. A. Edwards has been employed by the grand jury, now in session, to survey the principal streets of this town, with the view of ascertaining what portions thereof are obstructed by buildings. Mr. Edwards was engaged in the work yesterday and his day's labor resulted in the development of the fact that something like twenty buildings, within the limits of the territory already surveyed, encroach upon the public thoroughfares. We understand that the District Attorney intends to prosecute all violators of the law in this respect.
