ROB MAN IN HOTEL, GET $5,000
Atlanta, Ga. (ANP)-Police reported that two bandits clubbed a hotel manager last Monday and escaped with more than $5,000 in cash and checks.

Lt. R. F. Jordan said the pre-dawn robbery at the Imperial hotel was "perfectly timed and swiftly executed", by the Negroes.

Only three words were reportedly spoken: "Boy Turn Around", and when the manager, Curtis A. Phillips did so, he was struck over the head with a pistol, and the robbers took over.

Approximately $3,800 of the haul which included receipts from the hotel, the Domino lounge and a parking lot, was in cash.
