VIENNA, April 3.

YESTERDAY the Count de Losynthall prepared a grand entertainment, at which the Emperor and Empress condescended to be present. Just as they were sitting down to dinner, the princess of Auersperg, going to take her chair by the Emperor, fell down in his arms, and notwithstanding all possible assistance was instantly given, she never breathed more. Their Imperial Majesties immediately returned to the castle, and the rest of the courtiers to their several houses, without tasting the dinner. The Lady, who was in her 53d year, is greatly regretted. The Emperor took so much pleasure in her conversation, that he would always have her at by him at public entertainments.
