Full Text

As To Day is the first that ever the County Court sat in Wilmington it would be highly appropriate that the bench and the bar should indulge in a general glorification over the event, and we are rather surprised that our wide awake bar has not made some preparations for celebrating the event.

Perhaps they think it is glory enough to have the courts here without any other demonstration of gratification. The people of Wilmington will be heartily with the court and lawyers in such a demonstration.

The moot court would make a very appropriate committee of arrangements, and we hope they will take a hint from what we have said and make arrangements for an appropriate celebration some evening this week.

The new Court House would look brilliant if illuminated from cellar to dome. Who will first move in the matter.
