Large Democratic Meeting At Saluda Factory, In Lexington District.--A large number of persons, including about 100 ladies, assembled at this place on yesterday: The object was to ratify the nomination of Seymour and Blair. The crowd was enthusiastic, and everything passed off agreeably. Colonel J. B. Palmer presided, and much credit is due to this gentleman for his excellent and well-ordered arrangements. Addresses were made by Colonel Thomas, Major Meetze, Colonel McMaster, Major Turner, of Spartanburg, and J. G. Gibbes, Esq. Resolutions of ratification of the Democratic nominees were proposed by Colonel Palmer and unanimously passed. The admirable letter of General Blair, accepting his nomination, was read to the meeting, and excited applause. An ode for the occasion was sung by the young ladies of the factory. Cheers were proposed, and given with a will, for Seymour and Blair, for the Northern Democracy, and for the Democracy of Lexington. Lexington is in the field.

At the close of the proceedings, the crowd were invited to partake of the excellent barbecue prepared for the occasion.
