District Governor Cleveland Thayer of Asheboro, head of the 57th Rotary District, will pay his official visit to the Henderson Rotary Club tomorrow, arriving in the city for a conference during the afternoon at 4:30 o'clock in the office of J. W. Jenkins, president of the local club, with the officers and committee chairman of the local club.
At 7 o'clock, the club members and their ladies will meet at West End country club at which time District Governor Thayer will make an address outlining the year's work that he would like to see carried through.
Tom Trusdale, a vocalist, of Asheboro, and Mrs. Thayer will accompany Mr. Thayer to the city. Mr. Trusdale will be presented on the program during the evening.
