MAKING POULTRY PAY A PROFIT

A great many people think that they can obtain eggs and make a profit from poultry without feed and care. But according to D. H. Hall, Extension Poultry Husbandman, no poultryman can make a profit from poultry without proper feed and care. These two factors combined with good breeding stock spell success with poultry. On the surface they may seem small and of no importance, but they are important when results are wanted.

The whole poultry business is made up of small things. There are no big problems that will confront the average poultry raiser. The small things will swamp the average man in the poultry game if he is not careful. It pays to watch the small things and keep down every item of expense. The most successful poultry raisers study the business from every angle in order to make a success.
