FROM BELOW

A gentleman stationed at Lyn Haven Look Out, Maryland, writes, under date of November 15th, that "the enemy's vessels left this vicinity on the evenings of Thursday and Friday last, since which time the wind has been blowing a gale from the northward, so that if they are disposed to return it is not in their power." Messrs. Kirk and Ball, who have been kept as prisoners by the enemy, have to the inexpressible joy of their friends returned. The enemy have taken away several vessels which they captured, and 170 negroes. A citizen of Maryland, near the Point, has been lately arrested charged with having piloted the enemy in their recent incursions up the rivers for plunder, and is confined for trial.
