The member making the greatest progress in health improvement will receive an all expense trip to the National 4-H Club Congress. The national awards, also provided by Kellogg Company, Battle Creek, Mich., include a $100 U. S. Savings Bond and a blue ribbon to each member of the Blue Award group. The bond is to be used by the members to start a fund for protecting and maintaining their personal health.
