Full Text

North West Coast.—In December, says the Boston Centinel, a Russian frigate and a store ship touched in England on their way to the North West Coast of America, for the reported purpose of executing the famous Ukase of the Emperor Alexander respecting the Russian boundaries and restriction of trade in that region. As the United States have some interests in that quarter, it is not improbable that an American frigate will find employment in watching the conduct and movements of the Imperial vessels.
