Ann Arbor Still Has
Problem of Disposal

Ann Arbor, Mich., Nov. 3—Ann Arbor's dump problem was dumped back in its lap today in a court decision by Judge Fred George, Port Huron.

Judge George, who heard testimony in circuit court here in an injunction action brought against the city by James C. Smith, held that the refuse collection on the Mulholland farm is a nuisance. He issued a permanent injunction against further dumping there. He denied Mr. Smith's petition that the city be required to cover refuse already placed there.
