A British freeholder, who is much exasperated the late ungovernable proceedings of the mob, cannot also avoid expressing his utter dislike of the conduct of the representatives of the people, who at a time when they ought to have been sitting, to have reduced that influence which they declared to have been increasing (adjourned) by which means the influence has increased still more; and on the contrary had the petitions of the people been fully attended to, and all their grievances redressed, in a manner becoming the true natives dignity of a British House of Commons, there could not have existed the least shadow of a pretence for rioting and every body's property would have been effectually secured without the interposition of the soldiery.
