Soldiers' and Sailors' Executive Committee.

New York, July 11.—The Soldiers and Sailors' Executive Committee organized yesterday. General James McQuade, of Utica, was chosen Chairman, James R. O'Brien, of Washington, Recording Secretary, and General S. M. Bowman, of Philadelphia, Corresponding Secretary. Colonel Kingsley, of Boston; General J. W. Denver, of California, and Colonel D. Campbell, of Ohio were appointed as a sub-Executive Committee. General Blair's nomination was entirely satisfactory, but Mr. Seymour's was openly condemned. The register of the delegates shows a total of 2300 names, among whom are over 100 naval officers.
