J.T.D.'s Contribution This Week

The Cherrytree's little Hatchet still has a Keen Edge; Heeds NOT where the Chips fall.

Every Presidential Election since 1884, I have cast my vote for who I thought the best interest for the people (who made America). But to Swap Horses in Most TURBULENT STREAM; Is "to say the least" UNWISE.

In the first years of 1900 A.D., not so hard to get a job, but "Oh" what wages!

Work in Cincinnati, Ohio, paid common labor $1.25 per day. On Cincinnati street cars as motorman seven months, averaged about 65c per day.

One could buy something with a dollar, but couldn't make very big BANK DEPOSITS. Wonder if "Organized Labor" has caused a change for better wages, I THINK SO.
