Maine.—It is ascertained from the official report of the votes at the late election in Maine, that no choice was made of a Representative to Congress for the Somerset and Penobscot District, and no choice in Oxford District for supplying the vacancy occasioned by the resignation of Mr. Lincoln. In the York District, Mr. Burleigh is re-elected. In Cumberland District, Mr. Anderson. In Lincoln District, Joseph F. Wingate, Esq. In Hancock and Washington, Mr. O'Brien. In Kennebeck District, Mr. Sprague. In Oxford District, James W. Ripley, Esq. In Somerset and Penobscot District, there was no choice.
