Hubawi Minstrels at the High School auditorium on the night of March 1, were successfully presented by the Hubawi Club of the Methodist Church. Directed by Ivan White, the show was under the honorary chairmanship of John Cruickshanks. Chairman of the General Committee was Harold H. Welles. Other members of the committees were Interchurch Rev. Paul Battenhouse; Treasurer, Mrs. Omer Norton, Sr.; Program, Albert W. Jones; Tickets, Theodore Chamberlain; Publicity, Mrs. Paul Battenhouse; Properties, Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Berry; Booster, Mrs. Gerald Burpee. Interlocutor was Bill Brennan and end men were Bill Brainard, Bill Cunningham, Tommy Loughlin, and Howard Detweiler.
