Madrid, (in Spain) February 21. Councils continue very frequent at Court on the Subject of some Dispatches received from France. The three Ships of the Line and five Frigates built at Ferrol, are ready for Launching. We don't remember to have seen Naval Armaments so considerable as those actually going on in this Monarchy : The Day is fixed for the Officers and Seamen to go on board. The Number of Hands employed in the Docks and Yards at Ferrol has been lately increased.--If our Court does not intend to chime in with the Measures of France, we cannot account for these Military Preparations.
