TEN-DOLLAR BILL
CONSIDER the power of a ten-dollar bill when spent at home.
It is like magic.
It circulates.
It pays off a hundred obligations.
It creates business and puts people to work in our community.
But the ten-dollar bill that is sent away to the out-of-town house does nothing for our town. It becomes dead to us. It is out of commission forever so far as our town is concerned. We never see it again.
Let us, then, give power to the money we spend. Let us remember that our best investment is that power money that we spend at home.
