Harvard University.—A meeting of the Board was held on the 21st instant, at which a report was made by the Committee, appointed at a former meeting, to whom the report of the President had been referred. The report of the Committee expressed decided approbation of the course of the Government, and censure of that of the students, in the late difficulties, and contained also a recommendation that the pending indictments against some of the latter should be withdrawn, on proper submission being made. The report was recommitted to another Committee, with the understanding that a full development of circumstances should be made, and presented, in the form of an address, to the public.
