HAGUE, March 18.

On the 18th instant the Deputies of the States General invited Major General Yorke, his Majesty's Minister Plenipotentiary, and M. Hellen, his Prussian Majesty's minister, to a conference; in which they were acquainted, that their High Mightiness had taken the resolution of offering to the belligerent powers the town of Breda for holding a congress for treating of a general peace; and were desired to convey this proposal to their Britannic and Prussian Majesties. The ministers of the other belligerent powers have likewise had the same communication made to them.
