The London Courier, in alluding to this business says—“We are now enabled to state, that the whole affair is at an end. Captain Pechell, of his Majesty's ship Sybille, has arrived at the Admiralty, with despatches, announcing that the Greeks revoked their proclamation, upon a requisition to that effect made through Capt. Pechell himself. The Austrian Observer, of the 9th inst. has an article dated Corfu, Sept. 23d. in which it was stated, that "this revocation took place before the Greek Government was acquainted with the proclamation of the Lord High Commissioner of the Ionian Islands, since the revocation is dated the 3d of September, and the proclamation the 6th."
