PINE TREE FARM.
D. A. MOUNT BUYS IT.
On Thursday Mr. D. A. Mount became the owner of Pine Tree Farm, by purchase from the company. He will continue it under the present name and as a poultry farm, and will shortly move there with his family.
On Saturday night last Mr. Mount suffered the loss of about 70 ducklings, two weeks old. They were worth $25.00 and had already been sold to a customer for that amount. Since then the rats have been given something different to eat and as they partook liberally of the new diet it is hoped they have all died dead by this time.
