BELIEVE WAR IS COMING
Dr. Alfred J. Herschman, Austrian-Hungarian representative in Milwaukee, said Monday morning that he had received no word from his government in reference to notifying his countrymen to prepare to return to Austria to join the army.
The doctor believes that the telegraphic information is exaggerated, and that Servia will be compelled to abide by Austria's demands. Two years ago only about 50 Austrians in Milwaukee prepared to return during the war scare.
The Servians, he stated, would not return because they declined to fight their brothers.
