Senator Johnson Opposes Keeping Americans in Russia.
Washington, Jan. 25.-Senator Johnson of California, in a statement on the peace conference's Russian agreement, declared that it gave no information regarding the return of American troops from Russia, while press dispatches told of fighting between the Americans and Russians. Senator Johnson said:
"My concern is for American boys drafted for war with Germany and after the conclusion of the war with Germany, sent to war with Russia. I want these American boys brought home at once."
