MR. SIDNEY,

SINCE it was suggested to me, (in an exulting manner) that you intended to address the author of the piece signed Keiling, through the medium of the public papers, I made every enquiry necessary to enable me to reply—but to my utter astonishment I find, that secrecy is enjoined on the printer, until it shall appear in his paper—the cause of this surpasses my conjectures, unless it be alas, poor Sidney!—That cursed rock, I am afraid will ever remain in your way.

KEILING.

N. B. Keiling intends to answer Sidney, as soon as possible.
