Maryland Election—Glorious Triumph!!—The result of the Congressional election in this state is a splendid triumph to the indomitable energy of the whigs of that state. Baltimore city district, including the city, Ann Arundel and Annapolis, for the first time for many years, has chosen two whig Congressmen. In the last Congress, this state was represented by 3 whigs and 5 locos—now, the whigs have 6, and the locos only 2.
First district—Isaac D. Jones, whig.

Third do.—James W. Williams, loco.
Fourth do.—John P. Kennedy and W. Randall, whigs.
Fifth do.—William C. Johnson, whig.
